Nutratox S

NutraTox S is a multi-functional product for improving the quality of the feed. On the one hand it is an effective pellet binder and improves the quality of the pellets. The anti-caking abilities increase the flow ability of the feed.
On the other hand the application of NutraTox S improves animal health and productivity due to the unique mycotoxin binding capabilities of the product.

• NutraTox S is a selective binder for mycotoxins especially aflatoxins
• Due to its small pore diameter of less than 4 angstrom, NutraTox S does not bind valuable ingredients like vitamins, trace elements and amino acids.
• NutraTox S does not interfere with other feed ingredients

By using the mycotoxin binder NutraTox S, the risks of mycotoxins can be reduced. NutraTox S also binds moisture at the feed production stage and therefore prevents the development of mould during storage.
The product is based on natural bentonite with a high proportion of crystal silicates. These crystals are characterised by a three- dimensional pore system, with pores with a diameter of less than 4 angstrom.
The pores allow for molecules smaller than its pore diameter to be adsorbed whilst excluding larger molecules. This structure enables the product to bind mycotoxins, especially aflatoxins, and protect the animal from absorbing the mycotoxins that may be present in the feed.
The addition of yeast cell walls and organic acids complements the action of the bentonite and increases the efficacy of the product. NutraTox S also has a high affinity for ammonia and reduces urea in the blood and improves air quality.
